Qualifications: • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (i.e. administrative, early childhood education, family programs and interagency/union collaboration). Preference will be given to any candidate with a Master’s or Doctoral degree.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field with 3 years in a management role.
• Proven experience as an executive manager in an education, foundation, governmental or union setting.
• Strong stand-up presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
