Please be advised of the following:

•	Only one (1) presenter per accepted proposal will receive complimentary conference registration; additional presenters must register and pay the conference fee.
•	Preference is given to presenters who are willing to repeat their session on the same day.
•	Housing, meals, mileage, handout duplication and audio visual costs (for audio visual equipment not provided by the conference) are the responsibility of the presenter(s).
•	Workshop sessions
	•	1.25 hours or 2.5 hours
	•	60-350 capacity
	•	Rooms are set theater / auditorium style (chairs only)
•	Learning Fair
	•	2 hours
